I'm Farzin. I run Xerad.
I started Xerad because the gap between what modern AI can do and how most companies actually use it is enormous. The tools have caught up. The teams haven't — not because they aren't capable, but because they don't have the time or the patterns to build properly.
So we do it for them. We sit down with operators, map their workflows, and build the systems that take real work off their plate — agents that handle conversations, automations that move data, dashboards that surface what matters. Working software, in production, in weeks.
We work the way a small studio should: a senior engineer leads every engagement, we host and operate what we build, and the relationship is direct. No middle layers, no account managers, no slide decks that promise the moon and ship templates.

Xerad comes from kherad (خرد), a Middle Persian word meaning wisdom and intellect. Not just knowledge — the ability to reason well and act with discernment. That's the standard every system is built to.
